Download the 2009 Bank Profit Improvement
Survey.
After clicking on the above link, a File Download
screen will appear.
- Click the “Save” button, and save the compressed zip folder, “bcnsurvey09,” to the destination of choice on your computer/server. Do NOT click the “Open” button.
- Open Windows Explorer and locate the compressed zip folder, “bcnsurvey09,” in the folder in which it was saved.
- Right click on the compressed zip folder, “bcnsurvey09,” and select “Extract All” to launch the Extraction Wizard. At the opening screen, press the “Next” button.
- Using the “Browse” button, select the destination to which you wish to extract the 5 files (4 PDFs + 1 Excel).
- Return to Windows Explorer. You’ll find the 5 files (4 PDFs + 1 Excel) in the folder to which the files were extracted.
