Daniel R. Jackson
As a partner with The Bank Advisory Group, Daniel Jackson works extensively with community banks nationwide in developing negotiating strategies, formulating pricing and structural alternatives, and evaluating merger & acquisition options.
Mr. Jackson manages the firm’s valuation services and holds a Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
Mr. Jackson provides deposition and court testimony services for legal proceedings involving community banking organizations, and assists clients in negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service. Additionally, Mr. Jackson provides strategic planning services for community bank and bank holding company clientele.
Mr. Jackson has been involved in well over 3,000 fair market evaluations of bank stock for purposes of merger & acquisition transactions, employee benefit plans, federal estate tax returns, and collateral assessments.
Mr. Jackson possesses considerable experience in assisting banks and groups of investors in successfully completing bank holding company formations and expansions; and, he has assisted numerous banking organizations, as both buyers and sellers, in formulating strategic M&A plans.
Mr. Jackson is also a featured speaker for The Bank CEO Network, an educational program founded in 1992 that provides current information on the banking industry to community bank presidents and chief executive officers throughout the United States.
